The federal probe agency filed the case under criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), a week after the CBI booked them.
The probe team is likely to record his statement, the sources said, adding that zonal Deputy Commissioner of Police Avinash Ambure was present at the police station.
